OK I had to break down & go to the Dr. for the Allergies. Imagine my surpise when she told me my Blood Pressure was 150 over 108! SO...now Less Coffee, No Salt, No Butter and I get to take BP Med Samples to see how they do for a month. Took one 2day and whoa. I'm feelin it & the Allergy shot in the right cheek.
